AURENA — Cancellation & Appointment Policy CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. NO-SHOW POLICY Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
